ALL rates incur a 11% tax for residents who rent less than 6 months.

We offer a 10% discount to the base rate for all of our service members, veterans, military retirees, and emergency personnel.

Payments can be made using cash, check, Paypal, or Zelle. Credit cards are not accepted.

$35 FEE plus amount of any returned check.  No exceptions.

Rent is due on 1st of every month for our full-time residents.  A 3-Day grace period is allowed.  On the 4th day, there will be a charge of $10 fee per day until paid in full.  If payment has not been received by the 15th, a notice of eviction will be issued.
