**Rate applies to Monthly stays when paid in full by due date. Late payments or shorter stays are charged at the daily or weekly rate

ALL rates incur a 11% State and Local tax for guests who rent less than 6 months.

​

We offer a 10% discount to the base rate for all of our service members, veterans, military retirees, and emergency personnel.

​

Payments can be made using Cash, Credit Card, or Zelle

​

Rent is due on 1st of every month for our full-time residents.  A 3-Day grace period is allowed.  On the 4th day, there will be a charge of $10 fee per day until paid in full.  If payment has not been received by the 15th, a notice of eviction will be issued.
